Sometimes severe acne that does not work with regular medications. Some cases of acne sometimes get treatment with antibiotics. But the provision of hard drugs should not be carelessly be with permission doctor.
Not all cases of acne require treatment with antibiotics, because antibiotics are generally given if the patient has severe acne levels, in this case severity assessed by the examining physician.
Generally acne is quite severe, including nodular and cystic acne. In such cases dermatologists will prescribe antibiotics, especially if the stains that appear to be at risk of serious infection. But if the acne is only on the surface of the antibiotics are not needed.
Antibiotics are given to work with some mechanism, but the most important thing is to reduce the number of bacteria in and around the follicle, as quoted from Dermatology.about.com, Saturday (04/23/2011).
The function of other antibiotics is to reduce the chemical irritation produced by white blood cells, reducing the concentration of free fatty acids in the sebum and reduce the inflammatory response (inflammation).
There are several antibiotics that are usually given to cope with acne are:
Tetracycline
This most widely prescribed antibiotics for acne, dose is given more and more reduced in line with a visible reduction in acne lesions. But antibiotics should not be given to pregnant women or children under the age of 9 years.
Erythromycin
This antibiotic has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness in lesions (sores), acne and kill bacteria. Dosages vary depending on the type used. But antibiotics can cause abdominal pain and nausea.
Minocycline
This antibiotic is a derivative of tetracycline that effectively been used as an acne treatment. The initial dose given is usually 50-100 mg per day. But the side effects that emerge usually change the color of skin and teeth if consumed for long periods.

LUNG CANCER !
Description
Lung cancer, like all cancers, is the result of an abnormal cell, the most basic unit of life. Normally, the body maintain a system of checks and balances on cell growth, so that cells divide to produce new cells are needed. Disruption of the balance system of uncontrolled cell growth and eventually form a mass called a tumor.
Tumors can be benign or malignant, a malignant tumor is called cancer. Benign tumors can usually be removed and not spread to other body parts. Malignant tumors, on the other hand, grow aggressively and attacking other body tissues, so that the tumor cells into the bloodstream or lymphatic system and then to the inside of the body. Deployment process is called metastasis.
Since lung cancer tends to spread or metastasize, it is life threatening. Lung cancer can spread to every organ in the body, especially the adrenal glands, liver, brain, and tulang.Kanker is also one of the most difficult cancers to treat. The lungs are also the organ most frequently affected by tumors in other body parts.
The main cause of lung cancer is smoking. While other causes contamination of the surrounding air by the substance of asbestos, air pollution by fumes or combustion including tobacco smoke.
Symptoms
Cancer does not show any symptoms are visible from the outside if cell growth is not severe. 25% of patients with lung cancer, known symptoms after their routine chest X ray or CT scan. If proven to have lung cancer eating dots would look like coins ketch.
Symptoms associated with this type of cancer among other respiratory disorders that cause symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, chest pain, and coughing up blood (hemoptysis).
If the cancer has invaded nerves, for example, can cause shoulder pain that moves on the outside of the arm (called Pancoast's syndrome) or vocal cord paralysis causes hoarseness. Invasion of the esophagus can cause difficulty swallowing (dysphagia). If breathing is hampered, leading to infection (abscesses, pneumonia) in the area hampered.
Symptoms related to metastasis: Lung cancer that has spread to bone can produce tremendous pain in the bones. While the cancer that has spread to the brain can cause a number of neurological symptoms like blurred vision, headaches, seizures, or stroke symptoms such as weakness or loss of sensation in the body.
Treatment
Treatment for lung cancer can involve surgical removal of cancer, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy, as well as combinations of these treatments. Decisions about treatment will be eligible for certain individuals must take into account the localization and extent of the tumor and the patient's overall health status.
Like other cancers, may be determined revocation or cancer therapy or palliative (measures that can not cure cancer but can reduce the pain and suffering of patients.

Mycoplasma Pneumonia
Description
Mycoplasma pneumonia is one type of atypical pneumonia. Mycoplasma pneumonia is a bacterial infection in the respiratory tract caused by the bacterium Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Mycoplasma pneumonia is sometimes regarded as a rather mild infection, but symptoms can be prolonged if pneumonia is not treated promptly with correct and quickly.
Symptoms
Symptoms are usually mild and appear over a period of 1 to 3 weeks. They may become more severe in some people. Common symptoms include:
headache, fever (possibly higher), chills, excessive sweating, dry cough, slimy cough. chest pain, or sore throat.
Symptoms are rarely appears in people include: rash, eye pain, or pain, muscle pain and stiffness of joints, lumps in the neck, and ear pain.
Prevention
Infants and health of people who are vulnerable, people with HIV, patients with organ transplants, or other conditions, should avoid contact with people with mycoplasma pneumonia.

Types of Tea and Benefits !!
Various types of tea are not only offers a different flavor, but also a variety of health benefits. There is a type of tea is good for bones and teeth, some are specifically recommended for weight loss.
The benefits of each type of tea are as follows, as quoted from Dailymail, Tuesday (8 / / 3 / 2011).
1. White tea for skin care
Highest antioxidant content can be found in White Tea made from tea plant shoots. In addition to preventing premature aging effects, high antioxidant in White Tea can also prevent wrinkles by protecting the two proteins that maintain the skin elasticity of elastin and collagen.
2. Rooibos tea to overcome the lack of blood
Symptoms completely exhausted from lack of blood can be treated with rooibos tea, herbal tea from South Africa who was made from the bushes. These teas contain at most tennin, flavonoids are able to increase the absorption of iron from food.
3. Oolong tea to prevent cavities
Types of herbal tea from China is at most contain catechin, antimicrobial compounds that can prevent caries or cavities. Other types of tea which has antimicrobial properties that are closest to Black Tea Oolong Tea.
4. Chamomile tea to keep blood pressure
According to a study in Japan, consumption of Chamomile tea without sugar every day can prevent the risk of diabetic complications. One is the increase in blood pressure that can lead to nerve damage and impaired vision.
5. Black Tea for bone strength
Compared to other types of tea, Black Tea also called Cuppa Tea has the most diverse benefits. The most powerful addition to relieving stress and cholesterol levels, Black Tea is also good for bones because it is rich in minerals, manganese and fluoride.
6. Green Tea for slimming
Japanese study proves, drink a cup of green tea every day can increase food metabolism in the body. This type of tea contains epigallocatechin gallate at most, a compound that can shed fat and bad cholesterol.
7. Peppermint tea for indigestion,
Abdominal pain and diarrhea that accompany irritable bowel syndrome can be relieved with peppermint oil contained in Peppermint Tea. A Cup of Tea Peppermint balm that tastes like menthol can reduce abdominal muscle contractions increased as a result when there is irritation in the intestine.
Drink Tea Reduce Risk of bone loss
The benefits of tea has been more often associated with the content of antioxidants in it that can inhibit cancer and the aging process. And drinking tea on a regular basis also provides other benefits, one of which prevent bone loss.
A recent study in Taiwan prove, industrious women who drank tea less often affected by osteoporosis or thinning of bone mass. Research conducted by experts from Cheng Kung University, published in Taiwan Journal of Family Medicine.
Led by Dr. Chang Ying-fan, this study involving 368 adult women, average age 65 years. Quoted from Timeslive, Monday (19/04/2011), 60 of them have a habit of drinking tea on a daily basis while the remaining 308 rarely or only occasionally when drinking tea.
Based on the results of examination of bone and filling out the questionnaire, 46.7 percent of women who drank tea diligent of osteoporosis in old age. The budget is small compared with the group who rarely drank tea, which is 63.3 per cent.
Dr Ying-fan believe, at least there are 2 components in tea that is beneficial fluoride and flavonoids inhibit the bone loss that increases bone mass density. In addition, polyphenols and tannin compounds are believed to contribute to maintaining bone density.
This finding is contrary to the opinion of several experts who say that the tea dangers of the coffee, because it triggers bone loss. The opinion was based on the nature of the caffeine content in tea and coffee are shed via urine calcium in bone.
Benefits of tea for the bone has also been expressed previously by researchers from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In that study, 3 component of green tea which proved the merit in maintaining bone density is epigallocatechin (EGC), gallocatechin (GC) and gallocatechin gallate (GCG).
Osteoporosis is a type of bone damage suffered by most women especially after menopause. The damage was triggered by a reduction in bone density, so more prone to cracks and fractures, especially in the hip, wrist and spine.

Complete Constipation Information
DEFINITIONS
Constipation (Constipation) is a state where someone is having difficulty defecating or infrequent bowel movements.
Acute constipation starts suddenly and clearly visible.
Chronic constipation (chronic), it is unclear when to start and persist for several months or years.
CAUSE
Constipation is often caused by changes in diet or reduced physical activity.
Medications that can cause constipation are:
- Aluminum hydroxide (in-the-counter antacids)
- Salt bismuth
- Salt iron
- Anticholinergics
- Medicine for high blood pressure (anti-hypertensive)
- Group of narcotics
- Some tranquilizers and sleeping pills.
Acute constipation can sometimes be caused by serious conditions, such as:
- Blockage of the large intestine
- Reduced blood flow to the colon
- Injury to nerves or the spinal cord.
Lack of physical activity and too little fiber in the diet is a cause that is often found in chronic constipation.
Other causes are:
- Lack of thyroid gland activity (hypothyroidism)
- High blood calcium levels (hypercalcaemia)
- Parkinson's disease
- Reduction in the contraction of the colon (colon inactive)
- Malaise (discomfort) at the time of bowel movement (defecation).
While psychological factors play a role in acute constipation and chronic constipation.
SYMPTOMS
Patients with constipation have a hard stool, which may be difficult to remove.
Patients also felt the rectum has not completely empty.
DIAGNOSIS
Diagnosis based on symptoms.
TREATMENT
If constipation is caused by an illness, the illness must be treated.
If not found in other diseases as the cause, prevention and best treatment for constipation is a combination of exercise, diet rich in fiber and use of appropriate drugs for a while.
Vegetables, fruits and whole grains are good sources of fiber.
To be able to work well, fiber should be consumed with large amounts of fluid.
DRUG-laxatives
Many people use laxatives (laxatives) to relieve constipation.
Some medications are safe to use in the long term, other medicines may only be used occasionally.
Some drugs used to prevent constipation, another drug used to treat constipation.
Class of drugs commonly used laxatives are:
1. Bulking Agents
2. The stool softener
3. Mineral Oil
4. Osmotic Materials
5. Incentives laxative.
Bulking Agents.
Bulking agents (wheat, psilium, calcium polikarbofil and methylcellulose) can add fiber in the stool.
The addition of these fibers would stimulate the natural contractions of the intestines and feces of a fibrous softer and more easily removed.
Bulking agents act slowly and is the safest drug to stimulate regular bowel movements.
At first given in small quantities.
The dose is increased gradually, until the achieved regularity in bowel movements.
People who use these materials should always drink plenty of fluids.
The stool softener.
Dokusat will increase the amount of water that can be absorbed by the stool.
Actually, this material is a detergent that lowers the surface tension of the stool, allowing water to easily penetrate the stool and making it more tender.
Increasing the amount of fiber will stimulate the natural contractions of the colon and helps soften the stool so it is more easily removed from the body.
Mineral oil.
Mineral oil will soften the stool and makes it easier to get out of the body.
But this material will reduce the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. And if someone is in a state of weak inhaling mineral oil by accident, there could be a serious irritant in the lung tissue.
In addition, mineral oil can also leak from the rectum.
Osmotic material.
Materials osmotic push large amounts of water into the colon, so that faeces become soft and easily removed.
Excessive fluid also stretches the walls of the colon and stimulate contractions.
These laxatives containing salts (phosphate, sulfate and magnesium) or sugar (lactulose and sorbitol).
Some contain sodium osmotic material, causing retention (detention) fluid in patients with kidney disease or heart failure, especially if given in large quantities.
Osmotic material containing magnesium and phosphate partially absorbed into the bloodstream and dangerous for people with kidney failure.
These laxatives generally work in 3 hours and better used as a treatment rather than prevention.
This material is also used to empty the bowel before the x-ray examination of the digestive tract and before colonoscopy.
Incentives laxative.
Stimulant laxatives directly stimulate the colon wall to contract and release its contents.
These drugs contain substances that can irritate, such as senna, kaskara, phenolphthalein, or castor oil.
These drugs work after 6-8 hours and produce semi-solid stools, but often causes abdominal cramps.
In the form of suppositories (drugs inserted through the anus), will work after 15-60 minutes.
Long-term use can cause damage to the large intestine, also a person can become dependent on these drugs so that the bowel becomes lazy to contract (Lazy Bowel Syndromes).
These laxatives are often used to empty the colon before the diagnostic process and to prevent or treat constipation caused by drugs that slow contractions of the colon (eg narcotics).
PREVENTION
The best prevention for constipation is a combination of regular exercise and foods rich in fiber.
GrandPa not sleep for 21 Years ?? !
Grandpa It's Not Sleep Over 21 Years | Woww ... either made of old organs from Ubud Gianyar Bali. I Wayan Angga Wijaya (62 years) claimed never to sleep again for 21 years. Means grandfather was last sleep at the age of 41 years. The logic of organs such as kidneys, liver and heart and other organs need rest, by sleep. If not given enough rest then obviously would interfere with health, but it is different with this grandfather, that he claims to have never slept for 21 years
Could be what happened to I Wayan Angga Wijaya(62), hard to find in a normal human self. How not, when most people can be up to 6 hours of sleep in my dreams every day, but the man from Ubud, Gianyar, Bali was not able to sleep 21 years old.
Grandfather Angga, so short fat man was often addressed as citizens. He admitted to not knowing what happened to him, so he could not sleep like normal people.
If most people did not sleep a day just could stagger fell ill, just different from the Grandfather Angga who remain healthy safe and sound.
"Until now no one can explain what's my illness? To be sure I could not sleep, that's all my complaints so far," he met at his residence in East Denpasar, on Saturday (03/26/2011).
Whereas before, when I was younger to adult life was normal and he could sleep when tired. But since 21 years ago after getting married, to be exact and stay in Denpasar, the routine was no longer practical experience.
Although had to stay up all night long even days, when present in ceremonies or invitation citizens the grandpa do not feel sleepy even in one second.
When other people fall asleep, he just could not sleep restless even when lying on a soft mattress. If all the family slept, the former hotel worker, spent the night alone to watch TV by myself. "I most like watching the ball, until morning," he said.
Despite the sleepless nights, but great grandfather Angga not sleepy the next day. He still led the three grandchildren to school, and spend time keeping grandchildren at home.
Actually, sorry for the family party with Grandpa suffered who can not sleep it, they have been checked out good treatment to the doctor or alternative medicine. But all to no avail, despite having spent a lot of money and drugs, it still can not shut his eyes.
Even when he was forced to close his eyes to sleep, but instead fell asleep just spicy taste and tenderness are felt. Sometimes if you feel uncomfortable with their families, especially with his wife, Ni Wayan Getri, because it does not go to sleep Angga went out just a walk or watching TV in his house.
If anyone has doubts whether he could not sleep all night even days, he challenged anyone to prove it.
"Yes please prove himself came to the house, whom I did not stay asleep, while playing chess," he said while grinning broadly.

Atherosclerosis Treatment
Atherosclerosis is a condition in which fatty material collects along the walls of arteries. This fatty material thickens, hardens (form of calcium deposits), and eventually can block arteries.
Atherosclerosis is a type of arteriosclerosis. Both terms are often used to mean the same thing.
Cause
Atherosclerosis is a common disorder that typically affects medium and large arteries. This occurs when fat, cholesterol, and other substances build up in artery walls and form a hard structure called plaque.
Eventually, plaque can make the artery narrow and less flexible, making it difficult for blood to flow. If the coronary arteries become narrow, blood flow to the heart can slow or stop. This can cause chest pain (stable angina), shortness of breath, heart attack, and other symptoms.
Pieces of plaque can rupture and moving through the affected arteries to the smaller blood vessels, blocking them and causing tissue damage or death (embolization). This is a common cause of heart attacks and strokes. Blood clots can also form some tears (cracks) in the plaque causing blockage of blood flow. If the clot moves into the arteries in the heart, lungs, or brain, can cause stroke, heart attack, or pulmonary embolism. In some cases, the atherosclerotic plaque is associated with weakening of artery walls that lead to an aneurysm.
Risk factors for atherosclerosis include:
* Diabetes
* Heavy use of alcohol
* High blood pressure
* High blood cholesterol
* High-fat diet
* Increasing age
* Obesity
* Personal or family history of heart disease
* Smoking
Atherosclerosis can affect different organ systems, including the heart, lungs, brain, intestine, kidney, and limbs (legs).
Symptoms
Symptoms usually do not occur until blood flow becomes restricted or blocked.
See the specific conditions for more details about the symptoms:
* Abdominal aortic aneurysm
* Coronary artery disease
* Kidney disease
* Mesenteric artery ischemia
* Peripheral arterial disease
* Renal artery stenosis
* Hypertension
* Stroke (cerebrovascular disease)
* Thoracic aortic aneurysm
Exams and Tests
A health care provider will perform a physical exam and listen to the heart and lungs with a stethoscope. Atherosclerosis can make a whirring sound or a blow ("hearsay") above the artery.
The tests, which can be used to diagnose atherosclerosis or complications are:
* Index Ankle / brachial (ABI)
* Aortic arteriography (angiography Aortic)
* Arteriography
* Cardiac stress testing
* Carotid duplex
* Angiography coronary artery)
* CT scan
* Doppler studies
* Extremity arteriography
* Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS)
* Arteriografi magnetic resonance (MRA)
* Mesenteric arteriography
* Pulmonary angiography
* Arteriografi kidney
Treatment
To help prevent atherosclerosis or its complications (such as heart disease and stroke), making the following lifestyle changes:
* Avoid fatty foods. Eat a balanced diet low in fat and cholesterol. Include several servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Adding fish to your diet at least twice a week can help. However, do not eat fried fish.
* Do not drink more than one or two alcoholic drinks a day.
* Exercise regularly for 30 minutes a day if you are not overweight, and for 60-90 minutes every day if you are overweight.
Get your blood pressure checked every 1-2 years, especially if high blood pressure runs in your family. Does your blood pressure checked more often if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or you have a stroke. Talk to your doctor about how often you should have your checked. Specific recommendations depend on your age and blood pressure readings.
* Each person should keep their blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg
* If you have diabetes, kidney disease, or have experienced a stroke or heart attack, your blood pressure may be less than 130/80 mm Hg. Ask your doctor what your blood pressure should be.
how is your cholesterol checked and treated if it is high.
* Adults should have cholesterol checked every 5 years. If you are being treated for high cholesterol or family history of cholesterol problems, you will need to have it checked more often.
* All adults must keep their LDL ("bad") cholesterol levels below 130-160 mg / dL.
* If you have diabetes, heart disease, or hardening of blood vessels elsewhere in your body, your LDL cholesterol should be lower than 100 mg / dL.
* Some drugs have been found to clean the plaque. Statins and other cholesterol-lowering drugs could help prevent more plaque from forming.
Your doctor may recommend taking aspirin or another drug called clopidogrel (Plavix) to help prevent blood clots form in your arteries. These drugs are called antiplatelet drugs. Do NOT take aspirin without first talking to your doctor.
Talk to your doctor about the safety of hormone replacement therapy for menopause.
Guidelines no longer recommend vitamin E or C, antioxidants, or folic acid to prevent heart disease.
A number of operations performed to help prevent the complications of atherosclerosis. Some of these are:
* Angioplasty and stents - heart - discharge
* Angioplasty and stent placement - peripheral arterial
* Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair - open
* Coronary artery bypass surgery
* Carotid artery surgery
* Minimal invasive cardiac surgery
Outlook (Prognosis)
Everyone started to develop some amount of atherosclerosis as they grow older. In some people, this condition can cause complications such as heart attack or stroke.
Possible Complications
* Coronary heart disease
* Damage to organs (eg, kidney brain liver, and intestine)
* Heart attack
* Stroke
* Too little blood to the legs and feet
* Transient ischemic attack (TIA)
When to Contact Professional Medical ?
Call for an appointment with your doctor if you are at risk of atherosclerosis, especially if you have symptoms.
Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise plan, especially if you've been diagnosed with coronary heart disease or you have had a heart attack.
Mesothelioma Staging Systems
Mesothelioma stages categorized in the medical community for evaluative purposes to doctors, health institutions, participation in clinical trials, and advances in treatment options mesothelioma. Staging systems are used to determine the stage of mesothelioma, however, is much more descriptive stage of mesothelioma to pleural mesothelioma or peritoneal mesothelioma than pericardial mesothelioma. Mesothelioma staging system has been changed from time to time. Along with the increase in medical knowledge, mesothelioma staging system advances.
By sectioning progressive disease stage, your doctor can evaluate mesothelioma treatment options that have proven successful. By defining the stages of mesothelioma in the staging system of universal, international mesothelioma life expectancy statistics can be collected. When staging a system gains international acceptance, he played a major role for the progress of mesothelioma treatment options. Grouping variables together to evaluate beneficial for developing mesothelioma treatment options for mesothelioma stage ordinary.
In 1976, Butchart staging system identified four stages of mesothelioma for diffuse malignant pleural mesothelioma by location. On board one, a tumor on one side of the pleural lining. On board two, malignant tumors and has entered both lungs, and has the potential to spread. On board are three stages of mesothelioma Butchart's, the tumor has entered the peritoneum (abdominal area), and on board four, the cancer has spread through the bloodstream.
That's naive, so as to obtain acceptance. But, it failed to address the crucial issue. Medical experts recommend that fail to make the correlation of survival with stage mesothelioma. The Butchart staging system mesothelioma in originality is obsolete for statistics mesothelioma life expectancy, but others have developed mesothelioma stage of it, and the cancer institute a lot of modifications to their evaluative purposes.
In the 1980s Chahinian added detailed tumor stage, lymph node stage and the stage of metastasis to the pleural mesothelioma staging system. This staging system called the TNM staging system and is used in elaborative. In 1990, the UICC (Union Internationale Contre le Cancer) described the stages of mesothelioma Chahinian's. The Butchart, Chahinian and UICC staging system mesothelioma is based on the experience of a particular institution.
In 1999 Bingham's Hospital to introduce the operating system pleural mesothelioma staging in the Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. The IMIG (International Mesothelioma Interest Group) in 1995 Journal of the American College of Chest Physicians Chest proposed for international acceptance of universal detailed staging system. Staging system demands precise location of the tumor, and is based on the TNM and the International Lung Cancer Staging System.
medical institutions will use the stages of mesothelioma and practical staging system for their internal evaluative purposes. But patients should mesothelioma mesothelioma attentive when discussing prognosis and life expectancy of mesothelioma staging system is different, and staging systems are still undergoing examination. There is no staging system includes all the variables for the treatment and prognosis. Factors such as tumor subtype can make a significant difference in prognosis.
In its basic form, mesothelioma has two stages - locally and move forward. In most staging systems, local mesothelioma is considered as one board. Stages two through four stages of mesothelioma is advanced. Mesothelioma phase is generally determined by the location, severity of tumors, or needs surgery. Stages of mesothelioma depends on the staging system used.
Mesothelioma stage are important considerations in the treatment and prognosis. A universally accepted staging system mesothelioma can speed up medical investigate to find an effective treatment option mesothelioma. Progress in investigating clinical will continue to contribute to the development stages of mesothelioma to define the appropriate correlation can be made. Until then, staging system is the universal answer to evaluate the treatment of mesothelioma.

Mesothelioma Symptoms and Tests Mesothelioma !
Mesothelioma symptoms more slowly and take years to surface. Initial medical examination to confirm the etymology of the symptoms of mesothelioma can add years to your life, and can even provide safety from natural disease fatal. If you, Äôve have been exposed to asbestos and mesothelioma symptoms, tell your doctor of any exposure to asbestos and monitor your symptoms from their initial. Even the tiny asbestos exposure can result in long non-fatal pleural disease. Keeping a journal of your mesothelioma symptoms can help you and your doctor in a medical diagnosis, and can lead to asbestos claims. Mesothelioma Symptoms will vary according to their origin. Pleural mesothelioma starts in the lungs, peritoneal mesothelioma begin in the abdomen, and pericardial mesothelioma begin almost heart. Benign and malignant mesothelioma have symptoms that are similar, and similar tests. Weight loss is a well-documented phenomenon in most cases of mesothelioma. Abdominal pain is the main symptom of peritoneal mesothelioma. Both symptoms of pleural mesothelioma and peritoneal mesothelioma symptoms contain chest pain and shortness of breath. Pleural mesothelioma medical tests to see layers of the pleura, lung fluid, an inflammatory condition, bandana, the amount of blood and cells to help determine the type of activities that occur pleural surrounded by your lungs. The test will help diagnose whether symptoms of mesothelioma you are probably caused by pleural effusion, pleural thickening spreads, asbestosis or other asbestos-caused diseases Aren, AOT must be as dangerous as pleural mesothelioma, but may be due to the nature of their breathing. Dont Be Anger ! Follow THIS !
Anger is perhaps the worst emotions which need to be addressed. From time to time we have all experienced these strong feelings. Some common causes of anger include frustration, hurt, annoyance, disappointment, harassment, and threats. This helps us to realize that anger can be friend or enemy can be, depending on how we express it. Knowing how to recognize and express anger appropriately, can help us to achieve these goals, and overcome the appearance-appearance, solve problems and even protect our health.
However, failure to recognize and understand our anger, lead to various problems.
Some experts (psychologists) believe that repressed anger is the underlying cause of anxiety and depression. Which is unexpressed anger can disrupt relationships, affect thinking and behavior patterns, as well as various physical problems, such as high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, skin disorders and other problems are interlinked. What's even worse is the relationship between the dangerous anger that is not controlled by crime, emotional and physical abuse and other violent behaviors. Redford Williams, an expert in internal medicine (internist) and specialists about the behavior (behavioral specialist) at Duke University Medical Center, the United States has developed a 12-step program that can help people to learn to cope with the emotions of anger.
Williams advised to monitor your thinking that tends to maintain or preserve cynical because of "a hunk of hostilities". This will teach you about the frequency and types of situations that provoke you. Seek support from important people in your life to cope with your feelings and change your behavior patterns.
By maintaining "a hunk of a sense of hostility", you may be aware of when and where you have aggressive thoughts, so when you find yourself in a situation like this, you can use techniques such as:
1. Take a deep breath and blow slowly
2. Dhikr by calling the names of Allah Beautiful

9. Another important thing is that you need to practice the "trust in others." It is normal if we are more irritable than believed, but by learning how to trust others, you will be able to reduce your anger directly to them.
10. Skills 'listen well' will improve communication and to facilitate a sense of trust among the people. This trust can assist you in dealing with the emotions of hostility to potential reduce it even possible to get rid of.
11. Learn also how you assert yourself. This is a constructive option. When you find yourself angry at someone, try to explain to them what is bothering you about their behavior and why you should be angry with them.
You need the words and work more to be assertive rather than have to show your anger, but the reward will you get to be balanced. If we realize all this, then we will feel that life is too short, if we just always angry at everything.
12. The last step requires an apology to the people you have upset him. By letting go of hatred and release purposes remuneration or compensation, you will feel the heavy burden of anger has been lifted from your shoulders.
Joan Lunden, caregiver health rubric magazine Healthy Living Magazine said "Holding on to anger, resentment and hurt only Gives You tense muscles, a headache and a late jaw from clenching your teeth. Forgiveness Gives You Back the Laughter and the lightness in your life. "-
Hold the anger (you), resentment and hurt you, that makes your muscles tense, headaches and jaw are tense because your teeth chattering. Granting pardon to bring back the laughter and enlightenment in your life.

Varicose veins are abnormal dilation of blood vessels behind the cavity (venous) pressure due to backflow of blood that flows in it. Backflow of blood pressure caused by two things. First, the blockage / emphasis that prevent backflow of blood (such as pregnant mothers in the womb pressing the main vein in the abdomen), and the second is when the reverse flow of blood to the heart more than normal on the free blood vessel blockage / emphasis (eg, activity of limb heavier than normal people).
Prevention of Varicose veins
Varicose veins occur along the thigh leg up to the calves and feet. Veins (vein) in the leg lies on the surface, slightly below the skin layer, which is often imagined as a line of faint bluish.
How Prevention of varicose veins:
1 Limit the Use of High-Heels
Avoiding excessive toehold in the limbs, among others, by regulating body weight and avoiding the use of high heel shoes that are too long and too often. Extra body weight makes the working leg to be heavier than normal, the working leg muscles become more enterprising. Impact, the flow of blood backflow from the legs to the heart becomes larger and the pressure becomes increasingly higher.
The use of high heel shoes increase the distance that must be achieved through the blood stream and make some leg muscles work harder, so that pressure compensation flow of blood back-flow becomes increasingly higher.
2. Leg Rest
Regulate limb activity and position the leg at rest by taking the leg rest in between intervals of activity. Stick out your leg straight and chock with 1 or 2 pads in while sitting at rest or when lying down resting for current flow through the blood flowing smoothly in normal pressure.
In some circumstances, give warm water immersion foot and lower leg can help smooth the flow of blood behind.
3 Always Clean and damp
Take care of hygiene and skin moisture leg to avoid the possibility of injury and infection.
Treatment of varicose veins:
1 Garment Elastic
Wear special elastic garment in the legs that is able to provide additional pressure on the veins (venous) evenly from your feet to your groin. Form a special elastic garments are usually like stockings or tight pants.
2 Injection sclerotherapy substances
This was done on the blood vessels behind (vein) which appears meandering and branching of blood vessels to collapse the cavity behind the (venous).
3 Surgery
Stripping surgery this off veins (vein) along the leg from the surrounding structure and then discarded.
4 The combination of these three types of treatment.
Treatment of varicose veins that have occurred by plastic surgeon and gives good results. But, how well will prevent it easier and cheaper than cure.

In Caucasians, the wound healed with the former is more subtle and more subtle, while the Asian races are more prone cause scar tissue that grow excessively (hypertrophic scars), and even a keloid.
Handling:
A corticosteroid injection

Mesothelioma cancer symptoms include shortness of breath due to pleural effusion (fluid between the lung and the chest wall) or chest wall pain, and general symptoms such as weight loss. Diagnosis can be suspected with chest X-ray and CT scan, and confirmed with a biopsy (tissue sample) and microscopic examination.
A thoracoscopy (inserting a tube with a camera into the chest) can be used to take biopsies. This allows the introduction of substances such as talcum powder to empty the pleural space (called pleurodesis), which prevents more fluid from collecting and pressing on the lung. ANEMIA !
What is Anemia?
Maybe today you are so full with things to do that you do not have time to grab breakfast, let alone make sure you eat right the rest of the day. Maybe you stayed up late to get your homework done and loss of sleep you need. The fact is, many teens are tired. And with all the demands of school and other activities, it is easy to understand why.
For some people, though, there may be other explanations why they feel so exhausted: anemia.
To understand the anemia, helps to start with breathing. The oxygen we breathe does not just stop in our lungs. It's needed throughout our bodies to fuel the brain and all other organs and tissues that allow us to function. Oxygen to all parts of the body through the bloodstream - specifically in red blood cells.
red blood cells, or red blood cells, bone marrow was made in the body and act like a boat, transporting oxygen throughout the rivers of blood flow. Red blood cells contain hemoglobin (pronounced: hee-muh-glow-bin), proteins that hold the oxygen. To make enough hemoglobin, the body needs to have a lot of iron. We get this iron, along with other nutrients needed to make red blood cells, from the food.
Anemia occurs when a person has fewer red blood cells than normal. This can happen for three main reasons:
1. Red blood cells are missing.
2. The body produces red blood cells more slowly than it should.
3. Red blood cells have been destroyed by the body.
Each cause is associated with various types of anemia.
Blood Loss
When a small amount of blood lost, the bone can replace it without someone to anemia. But if a large amount of blood lost during short periods of time, which could happen if someone has a serious accident or injury, for example, bone marrow was not possible to replace red blood cells fast enough.
Little blood loss during the long period of time can also cause anemia. This can happen in girls who have heavy menstrual periods, especially if they are not getting enough iron in their diet.
Iron Deficiency Anemia
Iron deficiency anemia is the most common type of anemia in U.S. adolescents. This occurs when a person is a lack of dietary iron. Iron deficiency - when the body's iron stores is reduced - is the first step toward anemia. If the body's iron stores are not replenished at this time, continue to iron deficiency can cause the body's normal hemoglobin production to slow. When hemoglobin levels and red blood cells in the production is below normal, someone said to suffer from anemia. Someone with anemia may appear pale and may be tired all the time.
There are other reasons why a person's body nutrient can not make enough red blood cells. Vitamin B12 and folic acid are also needed to make red blood cells, so it's important to get enough nutrients in your diet. If bone marrow is not functioning properly because of infection, chronic disease, or certain medications like chemotherapy, anemia can occur.
Hemolytic anemia
In people with hemolytic (pronounced: hee-muh-Lih-tik) anemia, the normal lifespan of red blood cells is shorter than usual. When blood cells die quickly, bone marrow is unable to compete with the production. This can happen for various reasons. Someone may have a disorder such as sickle cell anemia or sphenocytosis. In other cases, the immune system can cause damage to red blood cells. Antibodies can be formed as a reaction to certain infections or drugs that attack the red blood cells because of an error.
Why Teens Get Anemia?
Because adolescents through rapid growth spurts, they may pose a risk for iron deficiency anemia. During a growth spurt, the body has a greater need for all types of nutrients, including iron, which we need to get into the food we eat.
After puberty, girls are more at risk of developing anemia due to iron deficiency than men. That's because women need more iron to compensate for blood lost during menstrual periods. Pregnancy can also cause a girl to develop anemia. And a teen on a diet to lose weight may get even less iron.
Vegetarians are at risk of developing anemia due to iron deficiency than those who eat meat. Red meat is the richest and best sources of iron absorbed. Although there is some iron in grains, vegetables and some fruits and nuts, there is less than that. And iron in food sources is not absorbed by the body as easily as the iron in meat.
What Are the Symptoms?
It's easy for people to ignore symptoms of anemia because it often occurs gradually over time. Looking pale can be a sign of anemia because of lack of red blood cells flowing through blood vessels. The heart will beat faster in an attempt to pump the same amount of blood and oxygen to the body, so that the toll could be much faster than usual.
As anemia progresses, a person may feel tired and shortness of breath, especially when climbing stairs or working out. They may develop headaches. Iron deficiency, which occurs before anemia develops, may affect one's ability to concentrate, learn and remember.
Anemia is not contagious, so you can not catch it from someone who has it.
How is Anemia Diagnosed?
If you visit a doctor for suspected anemia, he will probably give you a physical examination. The doctor also will ask questions about any concerns and symptoms you have, your past health, your family's health (eg if there are members of your family suffer anemia), any medications you're taking, allergies you may have, and other issues . This is called the medical history.
As part of the medical history, your doctor may ask specific questions about the foods you eat. If you're a girl, the doctor may ask questions about your future, like how heavy the flow is, when you get your first menstrual period, how often you menstruate, and for how many days.
If your doctor suspects you are anemic, he probably will take a blood sample and send it to a laboratory for analysis. This will determine, among others, number, size, and shape of red blood cells, the percentage of your blood that consists of red blood cells, and the amount of hemoglobin present in blood. With this information, doctors can determine whether a person is anemic and may order additional tests (like measuring iron levels), depending on the suspected cause of anemia.
How is Anemia Treated?
Treatment of anemia depends on what the cause. If the anemia caused by iron deficiency, your doctor may prescribe iron supplements to be taken several times a day. Your doctor may do blood tests once you are on iron supplements. Even if tests show that the anemia has improved, you may have to continue taking iron for several months to fill your body's total iron stores.
Because some people become nauseated if they take an iron supplement on an empty stomach, can help to take it with food. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, so drink a glass of orange or grapefruit juice when you take your iron. You can increase the likelihood that the iron you get from food will be absorbed by your body in other ways, too. For example, avoid drinking tea with food because a substance in tea called tannin reduces the body's ability to absorb iron found in foods or iron supplements. Milk can also interfere with iron absorption, so do not pair milk with iron-rich foods if you are concerned about getting enough iron.
Some people need more iron than others: Girls need more than men, for example. And a girl who has heavy periods has a greater need for iron than a girl who has a light flow.
To make sure you get enough iron, eat a balanced diet every day, starting with a breakfast that includes a source of iron, like iron-fortified cereal or bread. Lean meat, raisins, spinach, eggs, dried beans, and sugar syrup is also a good source of iron.
If anemia is caused by someone other medical conditions, doctors will work to treat the cause. People with some types of anemia need to see a specialist, called a hematologist, who can provide proper medical care for their needs.
The good news is that for most people anemia is easily treated. And in a few weeks, you will have your energy back!
Maybe today you are so full with things to do that you do not have time to grab breakfast, let alone make sure you eat right the rest of the day. 5 Ways Out From Anxiety !!
Everyone has feelings of anxiety, nervousness, tension, and stress from time to time. Here are 5 ways to help manage them:
1. Become an expert in relaxation. We all think we know how to relax. But relaxing in front of the TV or computer is not true relaxation. (Depending on what you watch or do, can even make you more tense.) The same goes for alcohol, drugs, or tobacco. They may seem to relieve anxiety or stress, but a false state of relaxation was only temporary. What your body really needed is a relaxation technique - such as breathing, yoga, tai chi, or - who has a physical effect on the mind. For example, deep breathing helps to relax the main nerve that runs from the diaphragm to the brain, sending messages throughout the body to release and relax.
2. Get enough sleep, food, and sports. Want your mind and body feel peaceful and strong enough to handle the ups and down of life? Get the right amount of sleep for your needs - not too much or too little. Eating well: Choose fruits, vegetables, lean protein and whole grains for long-term energy (instead of short bursts that come from too much sugar or caffeine). And exercise to send oxygen to every cell in the brain and body so your body can operate at their best.
3. Connect with others. Spend time with friends or family. Organized activities are great, but just hanging out working too. Doing things with those we feel close to deepen our bonds, allowing us to feel supported and safe. And the fun and sharing that goes with it allows us to feel happier and less angry about things. If you feel worried or nervous about something, talk about it with someone who listens and cares to help you feel better understand and better able to cope. You will be reminded that everyone has these feelings sometimes. You are not alone.
4. Connect with nature. Go out for a walk in the park or an increase in the forest can help people feel peaceful and grounded. (Select where you feel safe so you can relax and enjoy your surroundings.) Walking, hiking, trail biking, or snowshoeing offers the additional benefit of exercise. Fight Depression ?? Just 5 Ways !!

1. Exercise. Take the 15 - to 30-minute fast walk every day - or dance, jog, or bike if you want. People who are depressed may not feel like being active. But make yourself do it anyway (ask a friend to exercise with you if you need to be motivated.) Once you get into the habit of exercise, it will not take long to notice a difference in your mood.
In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Try downward-facing dog or a leg-up-wall pose (you can find on the website yoga poses). Two other aspects of yoga - breathing exercises and meditation - can also help people with depression feel better.
2. Maintenance yourself with good nutrition . Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but others may be eating too much. If depression has affected your eating, you should be extra careful to get the right food. proper nutrition can affect a person's mood and energy. So a lot of eating fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you do not feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going).
3. Identify the problem, but do not dwell on them. Try to identify situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what makes you feel blue and why, talk with a friend who cares. Talking is a way to release feelings and to receive some understanding. If no one says, devote your heart to the journal work well together.
Once you air out your thoughts and feelings, turn your attention to something positive. Taking action to solve the problem. Ask for help if you need it. Feeling connected with friends and family can help relieve depression. (This also can help them feel there is something they can do not just watch you get hurt.)
4. Express yourself. With depression, one's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen some positive emotions. Take time to play with friends or pets, or do something nice for yourself. Find something to laugh about - a funny movie, maybe. Laughter helps lighten your mood.
5. Looking at the bright side. Depression affects a person's mind, making everything seem dismal, negative, and despair. If depression has you only see the negative, try to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one another. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, do not forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal.
